Please explain the following idioms.
1) to "get this" in a dialog after a person explains something asks the the other person understands. If the person wanted the listener to use a medicine to cure a cold, he would tell the other to get this product.
2) at the risk of repeating myself, I will say it again. The person is afraid of saying it multiple times.
3) as I've said means that I have answered this before. I wrote it one time and then I repeated it. I aways tell others to be honest. As I have said many times, tell the truth.
