I don't know if he comes tomorrow.
Is this sentence correct? Or should I change the clause into "if he will come tomorrow ?", and why?

You could say this in the proper context. "He says he will come tomorrow, but I do not know whether he is actually coming. If tomorrow he comes or not, I do not know". It is not commonly expressed in this way, I confess.
