when we can use ( at , in , on ) in English ? some times i feel confused between them for example : is it right to say in school or at school ? and what is the difference between them " in , at , on " thank you in advance =)

In/at/on - these are prepositions, which one you use depends on the context. I found a pretty good table to help you at http://www.espressoenglish.net/when-to-use-in-on-and-at/.
