I am not sure about this statement in job submission guideline. One item says: "If there is/are photo(s) attached separately from official documents or on resume, the application will not be considered." The thing is they require a copy of ID card which has my picture on it. Does it mean I can still submit it without having to blur/crop out the picture? I'm pretty sure I don't have to. They only mean separate sole picture. So, I'm not going to crop out my face on the ID card. Please let me know if I understand correctly. Thank you.
