You might like BBC 6 Minute English (http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/general/sixminute/). It's not exactly conversations, but there are interesting topics about contemporary issues with very useful vocabulary, and you can also download the script.

Another site is www.esl-lab.com There are short dialogues, with a comprehension quiz and script. The only problems I've found with the site is that the dialogues use only one accent (USA) and the levels are much harder than what the site claims. A number of the "easy" dialogues are actually medium-to-difficult. Apart from that, you can also check www.newsinlevels.com and www.breakingnewsenglish.com ...both have audio and a script.

Buy one of the Assimil English courses. They have hours of great natural dialogues. Their dialogues are funny too.
