the phrase "think of" But Tiffany Beroid can think of little else as she struggles to make ends meet. What is "think of little else"? And what is "ends meet?" What is the meaning of this sentence?

"Of' here has the same meaning as "about". Making ends meet involves spending within the limits of one's income. Not making ends meet in Chinese is 入不敷出。

to think of little else = I can't think about anything but X / all I think about is X, all of the time. to make ends meet = to have enough money to buy the basic things you need (clothes, rent, food, etc...)
