I think you mean the verses in Quran in surat an-Naazi'aat النازعات: an-naazi'aat is the angels that take out the souls with sever strong. it is translated in English as this: By those [angels] who extract with violence. Quran 79:01 الناشطات: an-naashitaat is the angels who take out the souls with gentleness this is the translation of that verse: And [by] those who remove with ease. Quran 79:02 this is a brief tafseer (explanation of Quran) of these two verses: Al-Haafiz ibn Katheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Ibn Mas’ood, Ibn ‘Abbaas, Masrooq, Sa’eed ibn Jubayr, Abu Saalih, Abu’l-Duha and al-Suddi said: “By those who pull out” refers to the angels, i.e., when they pull out the souls of the sons of Adam. There are some whose soul is taken forcefully and they suffer when it is taken out, and there are some whose soul is taken gently, which is referred to in the verse, “and those who gently take out.” This was stated by Ibn ‘Abbaas.

There is a huge difference between them النازعات : the ones that take some thing from something , for example , take blood from persone in Quran maybe they are Angels that takes the soul from a body الناشطات : we say نشيط some one who is active , energetic , for example this student is energetic .
