제 차에 타세요. Why is "에" used here? I think it should be 제 차를 타세요. Could someone please explain it to me?

It's because "에" is the location particle, it should be "에", but in spoken, "을" instead of "에" is often used to emphasize a place where someone is heading. Here are other examples, 1. 대학교에 다니다 / 대학교를 다니다. 2. 식당에 가다 / 식당을 가다. \^o^/
