In Canada, we usually call ordered food "take-out." We almost never use the word "shall." It is very formal. If you really wanted to use it, though, your phrases should look like this: Shall we eat take-out tonight? Shall we order take-out tonight? Do you mind if we order take-out tonight? I normally would say: "Do you want to get take-out tonight?" or even more informally, "Wanna get take-out tonight?" Hope that helps you!
