How can I make these statements natural? It is so surprising that amidst in all this corruption, people manage to tolerate it. It is so sad that many people do unjust things in the name of their fake self-respect. I can say and express myself whatever I like. We should foster and use technology against corruption.

For the first statement, you would omit the "in." Just -amidst all this corruption-. Also, that sentence is a little unnatural, because you say "it" twice. You should explain what at lease one of those are referring to specifically. You have to say "however you like" when talking about expressing yourself, not "whatever I like." Otherwise, they sound quite natural.
