Talking about drinks What is the difference between the following phrase: Dry drink (gin for example) and Neat drink (without a mix with smth else)

Well, a dry drink is "not sweet". We say "dry gin" because there is a "sweet gin" called jenever. The "dry" in "scotch and dry" means dry ginger ale. Again, it's a refreshing mixed drink, but not sweet. A "neat drink" is exactly as you have described it.
