Why is ''don't'' used in this sentence?
She don't feel the same about us.
Why is used ''don't'' in place of ''doesn't''?

"She don't feel the same about us" - I would suggest this is a slang version of the sentence.
"She doesn''t feel the same about us" - this is much better English.

I do something and or I don't.
She does or she doesn't.
She never "don't". NEVER. Unless she wants to sound uneducated.

Don't as in street version, a slang. You can use don't but doesn't is more suitable.

Although "don't" could be a mistake on the part of the writer, it is just as likely that the writer is deliberately writing the dialog so that the person appears uneducated.
