"Pangs of remorse" is slightly different. You feel remorse after you've done something, while your conscience can bother you if you're contemplating doing something wrong, but haven't done it yet as well as after the fact. "Pangs of conscience" implies feeling guilt, not necessarily regret.

The only one I've ever said is "pangs of remorse," but I think they are all correct. People would know what you mean.
