I had to Google to find out what the study was about. The patients were divided into two "arms," or sections of the study. One section received oxaliplatin every two weeks until progression, and the other section received it for 6 cycles, then stopped for 12 cycles, and then resumed it again. This second section was the "stop and go arm." Arm" is a somewhat unusual word to use in this situation, but as the study was done in France, perhaps it's a translation issue.
