I interpret this differently from Baldemar. I assume this is a dialogue. Person A: How much do I owe you? Person B: Nothing. Your thanks are enough. Both sound natural when expressed like this. "Your thanking is enough" is not natural.

A: Yes, that sounds good/natural B:You're welcome (After somebody says thank you)
