Are the translations correct? kittens jumped into the drawers and cabinets. If someone happened to walk into the house,a kitten would rushed behind the door and frightened him or her to scream.

I do not know Mandarin so I cannot tell for sure what you are trying to get across in English. But, for the English translation as written I would change a few things grammatically. I would write, "Kittens jumped into the drawers and cabinets. If someone happened to walk into the house, a kitten would rush behind the door and scare them."

The kittens went into the drawers and cabinets. Someone came in and then those kittens popped up from behind the door. He/She was almost scared to death.
