Would you translate following phrase into English? (2002年開催のFIFAワールドカップ...................横浜での決勝戦と閉会式の際には貴賓席着座の際に) 韓国大統領の金大中が後に続く天皇に進路を譲らずに自分の後ろを通らせた身の程知らずのこの行為は無礼だという非難の声が出た。 (source: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%9D%E9%96%A2%E4%BF%82%E5%8F%B2)

Literally translated it would be something like: There was some criticism leveled at Kim Dae Jung, then president of South Korea, that he acted disrespectfully when he was shameless enough to block the way of the emperor, who was coming after him, leaving the emperor no choice but to go around behind him. I would have to say the original Japanese is rather unrefined and repetitive but that's Wikipedia for you.
