What's the difference between "What do you doing?" and "What are you doing?"?

"What do you doing?" is not grammatically correct. "What are you doing?" is correct. You might ask someone "What do you do?" as a way of asking how they make a living, but "do" and "doing" should not be used together.

"What do you doing?" is grammatically incorrect. -Please don't ever say this!
"What are you doing?" IS correct.
Another way to ask "What are you doing?" is "What are you up to?".
