"What do you doing?" is not grammatically correct. "What are you doing?" is correct. You might ask someone "What do you do?" as a way of asking how they make a living, but "do" and "doing" should not be used together.

"What do you doing?" is grammatically incorrect. -Please don't ever say this! "What are you doing?" IS correct. Another way to ask "What are you doing?" is "What are you up to?".
