Does this make sense to any native English speakers and what the correct grammar for this sentence? Neither I had no choice to stay in London nor There was no choice I feel I want to choose and I can choose.

Your sentence makes no sense at all. The grammar you need is called "inversion" and, were I to use it, it would make your sentence readable. Could you try again please?
