Native american? As in tribal natives? Definitely not.

That sounds like a foreigner speaking English (some sort of mix of French or European accent), and going by the pronunciation, it sounds as though his mouth is stuffed with a bagel or cake. Also, several words are not pronounced correctly at all.

The accent does sound foreign to me, too. You should work on the pronunciation of the "th" sound and the long vowel sounds (like the long "o" in "domain"). You can find helpful pronunciation videos on Youtube!
