What does mean "I´ll have my lawyer look into it"?

Depending on the circumstance, it might be just a formality. Many contracts are best reviewed by an experienced lawyer to make sure one is not being swindled. At other times, such as after an injury, it might be a veiled threat, but not as so much as "You'll be hearing from my lawyer".

It means that you will make your lawyer analyze the problem in question.
