Any basic textbook will describe the difference. Anyway, for your examples:

"I will go to work tomorrow" (spelling!!) = your intention.
"I am going to work tomorrow" = your personal plan
"I am working tomorrow" = an arrangement. In this example, it's a commitment.

We have about three or four other future forms, so you need to get these basic ones right first.
