How do you best translate these Shami phrases? أنا راح زماني هدر ولا كانش عندك خبر غيروك ..علموك تنسى وتبيع اللي كان بعته ليه .. تنسى ليه فين حبيبي بتاع زمان فين قلبك من حبي ليه ماسكنش جنبي These are part of a song that my sister needs translated for a dance routine. Any help is appreciated!

Also, I don't think this is Shami... It's an Egyptian song by Mohammed Abdel Wahab, though I'm guessing this is the Yasmine Hamdan version your sister is dancing to. Even though she's Lebanese, she sings it in an Egyptian accent. Saying that, I'm happy to see a better translation of that part of the song than the ones I've found online now!

My time was wasted, and you had no idea about so. They changed you, they taught you how to betray the one who... Why have you betrayed him?, why forget?, where's my baby of from the past ? Why wouldn't your heart feel my love ? Why wouldn't your heart stay by my side? I'd like to note that you can never literally translate Arabic phrases (especially idioms) to English or vice versa, when translating in most cases you just have to find the closest meaning.
