I know that the speaker is criticising 阿部, another baseball player, but I'm not entirely sure what the speaker means by "ポジション変えるとか" and the last two lines have completely confused me. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

ポジション変えるとか
言われてただろ
He was said (by a coach?) that his position has to be changed. 
だろ implies that the speaker thinks that the listener also heard it.

勝ちゃーいーってとこ
あっからなァ
→彼は、勝てさえすればよい、と思っているところがあるからな。
He has a thought that all he has to do is to win.
