What's the meaning of "but you" in this sentence? No one ever suffer but you! Does it mean only you, but you do? Thanks.

This is an example of a rhetorical statement, and is used when another person is being self-absorbed. For example, your friend has lost their job and they think it is the end of the world. You say "Nobody ever suffers but you!" In this context you are saying to them, stop, other people also lose their jobs but the world doesn't end. We can use this expression any time another person is being too negative about their situation.
