"can"and“be able to"??? Hello, I can speak it in English. I am able to speak English. Are these right?

"I can say it in English" or "I can speak English." "I am able to speak English." is correct. Note that it's not possible to use "can/could" with other helping verbs and certain grammar forms. So... "I should be able to speak English." "I have been able to speak English." "I am going to be able to speak English."
