Which phrases do you use to tell about your life priorities? In Russian if something is of primary importance for us, we say "something stands on the first place in our life". How can I say this in English? My guess is Family is her priority. Career is his priority.

Yes! Often, we will add a pronoun before the subject of the sentence: "Her family is her priority." "His job is his priority." If we want to really accentuate how important it is, we will say "first priority." "Her family is her first priority."
