Are both sentences corect? May I ask who you're telephoning to? May I ask who you're calling to?

Neither is correct. They should be: May I ask who you're telephoning? May I ask who you're calling? Both telephone and call take a direct object without any preposition. I'm calling John; I'm telephoning John.
