I think the expression you are looking for is "out of date". And its opposite is "up to date".
I am up to date with respect to computers. = I know a lot about computers.
I am out of date with respect to computers. = I don't really know a lot about computers.

The answer below is correct. If you use old school - meaning old fashioned or out of date you would say "I am old school when it comes to computers"
