Is this right to mean the exact moment you are watching the film among the different shoes there are?

"I'm going to the 7 pm showing."

When we say "showing" and a specific time we already assume this is for the cinema, a ballet, or the theatre (something we will watch).

We wouldn't use showing for a concert or music festival because those are performances that we listen to.
