The question is not totally clear. You can say : "At what time do you have lunch (normally)?" Hope that helps, Michael

FOR HABITUAL THINGS USE SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE SO "USUALLY WHAT TIME YOU TAKE LUNCH?" IS CORRECT THANK YOU

the question should be in the past , like to say : at what time you had lunch ? at what time did you have lunch ? you can't use "present tense " to ask a question
