FOR HABITUAL THINGS USE SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE SO "USUALLY WHAT TIME YOU TAKE LUNCH?" IS CORRECT

the question should be in the past , like to say :
at what time you had lunch ?
at what time did you have lunch ?
you can't use "present tense " to ask a question
