Which is correct: the Present Perfect Continuous or the Present Perfect?
I haven't been going to the gym for over a month.
I haven't gone to the gym for over a month.
The correct form is:
I haven't gone ( or been) to the gym for over a month.
If you want to use the continuous form, you could say something like:
I haven't been going to the gym very much recently/lately.
