look for-search-seek
When talking about a job
are these three verbs correct?
search a job on the internet
seek a job in the newspapers
look for a job on the internet
which is which British prefer to say?
Thanks
"Look for a job on the internet" or "search for a job..." sound the most natural to me (NOT, incidentally, "search a job", always "search FOR a job". We might describe someone who was looking for a job as a job seeker, though.
