I think it highly unlikely (meaning) Does this expression mean "I think it's highly unlikely"? Example: I think it highly unlikely that I'll get the job.

I think it's a typo (typing mistake) because there must be either "Is" or " 's " after "It".

Yes, it does. The verb 'to be' is not needed in this expression.

I don't think the word ''highly'' should be in your sentence because ''unlikely'' already means the high impossibility :)
