En esta frase yo entiendo que dijo "¡Pasa estúpida!" gritando.
Yo habría escrito: "El tipo gritó" o "El tipo dijo gritando".

Esta bien como esta. 'Decir algo a gritos' por ejemplo, esta perfecto.
