In real life,we rarely use them .When you meet a famous people or you admire him or her very much,you can say 久仰久仰 to him .At the moment ,he or she will say 不敢不敢 to you .不敢不敢 is a modest saying.It means "i am not so good like what you say .hah .Hope it will help you.
