to/for my liking
I wonder if I've grasped the difference between this 2 expressions:
"This book was not TO my liking" VS "This book was too slow-paced FOR my liking"
Are these 2 sentences correct?

As the earlier answer stated, they are both correct. I would say "The book was not to my liking" if I just simply did not like the story, whereas I would say "The book was too slow - paced for my liking" if the story was rather boring.
