Its / his / of them? If I want to express possession talking about two people, what I have to use? For example: Mike and Dave's car -> His car / Its car / The car of them It would be "su coche" in spanish.

If it belongs to both of them: their car. If to only one of them: his car. Its is not used with people. Always my, your, his, her, our, your, their. Its is for an object, like the book is red. Its color is red.

It is THEIR car (su coche de ellos). His car = su coche (de él). Her car = su coche (de ella).
