You cannot. This is incorrect. The correct constructions would be: - it talks about money and love; - what it talks about IS (someone might say "are") money and love; - the things it talks about ARE money and love

You can say: This music talks about love, money... or: The things this music talks about are love, money... ===== Some more examples (not exactly the same meanings): We are going to talk about history today. Today what we are going to talk about is history. I care about the people who are here with me. The people I care about are all here with me.
