which one is correct? If he dares not to fight aginst enemy, he is not enough of a man. OR he is not enough as a man.

Maybe - he is not enough like a man. But you will be better to ask an English-speaking.

I think, neither is correct, the second more incorrect than the first ("enough as a man" does not make much sense in English). I'd say "If he dares not fight the enemy he is not much of a man" but I am not a native speaker.Why would you ask that in the Russian section, anyway :)
