кто-то - somebody (we can be unfamiliar with this person, it points to a specific person) кто-либо - anybody, anyone. (it points to any person, we may be unfamiliar with person) кое-кто - somebody, a person that we know but don't want to name him.

"Кто-то" is someone I don't know who it is. (Someone). "Кто-либо" or "кто-нибудь" is any person from a crowd. (Anybody). "Кое-кто" is someone I know who it is, but I won't tell you, guess by yourself. (One person).
