I don't like Chinese made products for one reason only. Exploitation! Products are made with cheap labor and sold for extraordinary prices. So, both the person who does the work and the customer suffer while the corporate shareholders laugh all the way to the bank.

There is a phrase in English - 'cheap and nasty', which unfortunately often applies to Chinese products. Yes, they are usually cheap, but they are also usually of much poorer quality. If the quality doesn't matter - I will often buy the cheaper option. For more expensive items, I will usually go for a non-Chinese brand, even if the product is made in China, because at least then I know I will get a warranty, and reasonable after-sales service. I know a few Chinese brands - such as Haier and Huawei.
