Should I memorize Kanji Radical (bushu) first , Instead of directly memorize the Kanji ? Why ?

Because there are like ~2000 kanji and it will be hard to just memorize them all. Learning radicals = learning the fundamental. Radicals are just like hints of the meaning of a kanji. The meaning of some kanji don't directly related to the radicals. But, by learning the radicals, i will help you to guess the meaning and/or even the on-reading of a kanji :)
