meaning of words
Hi everyone. I don't know when we use shift, motion, occurrence and movement. I think is it the same ?!?

Shift - something moves that usually doesn't.
Movement - anything can move.
When you move you are in motion. Motion is the act of moving.
Occurence is when something happens.
There was an occurrence of movement within the cabin that shifted the motion of the ship.
