This particular article is about a deadly frog. 体長5センチほどの個体1匹で、10人の人間を死に至らしめるのに十分な毒を持っている。 I interpreted this statement as "There is enough poison being held in the 5-centimeter long body of a single animal (the frog) to bring 10 human beings to death." Is this correct? I'm not quite sure what のに is trying to say here.
