The correct sentences are: I wish I hadn't got married so young. The verb which follows wish is in the past. It's raining (present progressive) I wish it wasn't raining (past progressive) other examples I am not handsome (present) I wish I was handsome (simple past) She said something stupid (simple past) She wishes she hadn't said it (past perfect)

"I got married too young" is implying that the speaker got married when he/she was younger than they would have liked (the 'so young' choice that you typed if that helps explain it). I'm not 100% on how to answer the second part sadly, but I hope this helps.
