What words can represent these groups of people?
I need a word or phase to represent the following persons. The purpose of this is to classify the condominium buyer.
1. Person who concern very much about the transportation
2. Person who concern about the unique design and the location that near places like shopping mall, school etc.

There are no special words in English for the kind of people you refer to - at least, none that I can think of. If someone knows of any, I will congratulate them!
Sometimes people choose flats based on their convenience and proximity to amenities (e.g. shops, schools). The flat is "convenient for" or "near to" these things.
"Flat" is the British word and equates to apartment or condo.
