Is those have the same meaning? Donation and charity

They are different. Example: "Tomorrow I will make a donation to a charity" The donation is what you give. The charity is the organisation that receives the donation.

'Charity' is the abstract, and 'donation' is the particular. By the way, the question should be 'Do these have...'; you could also phrase it as 'Are these two words synonyms/synonymous?'

Well, I think that they're different but, at the same time, they're related. Donation is something that you give without any porpuse or without expecting any benifit from it; and charity is when you do things just for helping or giving. I hope that I could help you. Take care ;D
