Are these sentences correct?
1,The greater the risk, the greater the amount you have to pay.
2,If the risk is greater, you will have to pay more.
Perhaps should I use zero conditional?

They are both good. The use of the zero conditional in the second sentence (just delete "will"), would express a general statement of principle, with wide application. The first conditional is used for specific situations.
