They're all understandable, but my choice is "she brought a finger to her lips" - remember that "bring" involves some sort of transit (with something), so it goes easily with the preposition "to". I agree that Peter's suggestion of "put a finger on" is also natural.

They are all acceptable English although quite formal. We might say colloquially 'she put a her finger on her lips....."
